“Before working with Carolyn, I definitely had a negative outlook, lack of self-care and self sabotage, which came about after a difficult 18 months. I knew I needed to get back to a more positive outlook in life.

Carolyn was very professional and encouraging and guided me through various exercises to help me think more deeply about my general health, nutrition and well-being.
