A Health & Wellbeing Coach specialises in health, healthy eating, wellbeing and lifestyle.

It can be difficult to change the way we eat and live our lives due to difficult to break habits and the pressures of modern life.

A Health & Wellbeing Coach works alongside clients to create new, sustainable habits underpinned by a clear vision for health and wellness.

Health & Wellbeing Coaches then provide support and accountability to achieve the clients health and wellness vision, supporting them to overcome challenges and barriers along the way.

A Health & Wellbeing Coach understands that each individual is unique and considers, with the client a whole range of lifestyle factors, for example: whether there is purpose and meaning in the clients life, what, when and how the client eats, whether and how the client exercises, sleeps, rests, plays, along with the nature and impact of relationships and social connections and the nature and quality of the environment in which the client lives.

A Health & Wellbeing Coach is non-judgmental, motivating, educational and supportive.

Health & Wellbeing Coaches can be an effective intervention for people experiencing a range of long term conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, stress and low mood along with help with weight management.
